私のストレス解消はやはりスポーツ!毎日違う活動をしていると楽しさとアドレナリンがMAXだが、やはり健康を大事にしないと続かない!だから最低週2回はジムに通ってます!筋肉をつける事により自分のシェイプアップをしながら自身をつけ、毎日新しいチャレンジに励めます!そして炭水化物と砂糖を抑えた食事をキープ!みんなも冬の寒さに負けず笑顔で健康に頑張りましょう!(^O^)
My best method for stress release is indeed workout!my every single day being very diversified and full of maxed out adrenalin, the only way to keep up the good work is by being healthy and fit! You are what you eat and what you do! If you feel good and look good your self confidence will Grow and influence on your wily capacities as well as your life potential! Everyday a new challenge! Mine is work out, no carbs and low sugar !
